We are seeking an exceptional experienced individual to join our team as a People and Transformation Manager. You will play a key role in our M&A journey, working in close collaboration with the People Director on both strategic and operational matters. Your role will involve providing HR advisory support and leading projects where you assess, recommend, develop and implement practices and other transformation and change initiatives. In addition, you will collaborate closely with the Accelerator Executive leadership team including the Business Area CEO.
Line Managers and People Managers in the business units on all People matters (including employer branding, on-boarding, performance management, learning development, restructuring, implementation of annual processes such as salary adjustment, employee data management and governance).
Contribute : in M&A pre- and post-merger integration planning & execution (e.g., Drive and manage projects: (harmonization of compensation and benefits across different countries and legal entities, data collection of acquired companies into DNV’s HCM system).
Utilize your analytical skills to contribute to the business success of Accelerator’s strategic growth ambitions.

You will be a great fit if you have several years of proven relevant experience with a foundation in business, finance, HR, or consulting and have worked in a large international setting.
Numerous M&A experiences in pre- and post-merger integration planning and execution.
Wide change management and communication planning & execution experiences.
Held several HR business partnering/consulting roles or equivalent.
Strong Project Management skills.
Wizz at using Power BI, excel and AI in your daily work.
Fluency in English written and verbal.
You have the ability to create trust through robust delivery and strong relationship building.
You excel in teamwork settings and adapt to new challenges and changes – you are not fazed by constant change.
You enjoy both operational and project based tasks.
You enjoy being in the office environment .
