Regional Education Manager

Our Education provider is seeking an Area Manager to cover various Nottinghamshire sites.
Please only apply if you can work across the Nottinghamshire area and have a clean driving licence.
Full training to be provided ( 6 weeks training is based inBirmingham - expenses covered)
Must have a clean driving licence
Competent in English & Maths
supporting them to fully succeed in their business in line with ourinstructional and operational qualities and objectives.
Through regular visits, individual meetings, and various other means of communication, you will provide hands-on and practical support to the franchisee including mentoring, coaching and training them to ensure they exceed their and ouragreed short, mid and long-term business plans, including working to agree targets for growth and retention.
You will also review and provide support and guidance in the assessment of franchisee performance by providing suggestions and advice on how ourfranchised Instructors can manage their study centres more productively, whilst resolving any problem areas, assessing market conditions and creating initiatives and strategies to build brand awareness.
You will be instructionally proficient in ourMethod of Learning and support Instructors in their instructional development.
You will motivate and promote a culture of self-development, encouraging new ideas and initiatives to guarantee the overall success of the franchisee business.
To fully engage in and successfully complete the Area Manager Training Programme.
In conjunction with the franchisee, proactively and effectively develop your study centres, ensuring all centres in your geographical area reach and maintain the expected instructional and operational quality standards, enabling them to meet growth and achievement targets.
To consistently maintain an effective, regular, study centre visit schedule with all franchisees in your assigned geographical area and to provide timely and detailed centre information to franchisees and line manager i.e. current performance levels, proposals and guidance information on improvement areas, as well as detailed strategic improvement and development plans where necessary.
You will be accountable and responsible for managing your own geographical area in line with OurEducational policies, procedures and objectives.
To develop, present and implement a full area annual strategy and action plan to senior management and ensure objectives are fully met within the agreed timescales.
Including, but not limited to, offering them strategies and advice on achieving targets, local advertising options, centre promotion, improving student retention and growing their study centre, etc.
To be responsible for organising and facilitating training/workshops, presentations and meetings for franchisees meeting the needs of both the franchisee and the Business.
To effectively monitor franchisee study centre performance including the conduct of the franchisee, delivery of ourMethod and use of the Brand and to raise any concerns with the Regional Managers attention immediately.
To seek up-to-date and suitably relevant advice and guidance from other internal teams and or external agencies in order to provide practical guidance and support to franchisees in a variety of other business areas including but not limited to marketing, human resources, finance, logistics etc.
To regularly liaise with the Regional Manager and/or senior management team to identify any issues and concerns regarding study centre development within your geographical area to develop and implement positive change as and when required.
To be assigned project work as and when required i.e. organising franchisee workshops, meetings and organising and co-ordinating franchisee events on a local and national level such as the franchisee Instructor conference.
To build and maintain your own thorough product knowledge through regular and timely self-completionof ourworksheets and any other relevant training as required.
To be proactive and committed to an ongoing programme of professional self-development.
To attend supervision, training and meetings as and when required. There may be a necessity for these to be outside of normal working times and at weekends for which TOIL would be awarded.
To work with, abide by and positively promote all OurEducational policies and/or procedures including but not limited to, health and safety matters.
To carry out all reasonable duties as and when requested by your line manager or any other senior management member
