IT Account Manager Wanted - Join a Leading MSP in Dudley
Are you an experienced IT professional with a passion for client management and a knack for delivering exceptional service? Our client, a well-established Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Dudley, is looking for a dynamic IT Account Manager to join their team.
Position: IT Account Manager
Location: Dudley (On-site 3 days per week)
Full UK Driving License
About the Role: As an IT Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our client's valued customers. You will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services, and driving customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of IT solutions and services.
Manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as their main point of contact.
Understand clients' business needs and propose appropriate IT solutions.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.
Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling of services.
Provide regular updates and reports to clients on service performance.
Proven experience in an IT account management or similar role.
Strong understanding of IT services, solutions, and industry best practices.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
Full UK driving license is essential for client visits.
Competitive salary up to £38,000 per annum.
