Position: IT Account Manager
Location: Dudley (On-site 3 days per week)
Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum
Requirements: Full UK Driving License
About the Role: As an IT Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our client's valued customers. You will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services, and driving customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of IT solutions and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as their main point of contact.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand clients' business needs and propose appropriate IT solutions.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling of services.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on service performance.
- Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an IT account management or similar role.
- Strong understanding of IT services, solutions, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Full UK driving license is essential for client visits.
