We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Account Manager to join our team at FireAngel Safety Technology. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the activity and promotional plans across key wholesalers to achieve and surpass our financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across the DIY retail channel
  • Collaborate with the sales director to negotiate and agree commercial agreements and tactical pricing
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Proactively approach key contacts across the DIY retail channel to mutually agree plans and activities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing senior role in a busy B2B DIY retail environment
  • Strong sales and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Knowledge and understanding of the retail market and a network of contacts
  • Ability to work without supervision and use initiative
  • Computer literate, with high standard of Excel skills
