We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Account Manager to join our team at FireAngel Safety Technology. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the activity and promotional plans across key wholesalers to achieve and surpass our financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across the DIY retail channel
- Collaborate with the sales director to negotiate and agree commercial agreements and tactical pricing
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Proactively approach key contacts across the DIY retail channel to mutually agree plans and activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing senior role in a busy B2B DIY retail environment
- Strong sales and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Knowledge and understanding of the retail market and a network of contacts
- Ability to work without supervision and use initiative
- Computer literate, with high standard of Excel skills
