We are looking for experienced, innovative and passionate Lifestyle Coordinator who has proven record of arranging fun and engaging activities whilst establishing a therapeutic relationship with residents and assist their care team in carrying out assessments.

Salary: £12.00ph PAYE

Hours: 9am - 5pm Part Time

Job Summary

Running a range of different, fun and exciting activities including musical, days out, exercises classes, visiting the local community.

Liaising with external companies and performers from the local community to organise days out/events at the home.

Keeping paperwork updated as well as care plans and activity notes whilst managing your time and mailbox.

Person Specification:

  • The successful applicant must have recent employed experience within elderly and dementia care.
  • The applicant must have minimum 1-year previous experience as a lifestyle or activities coordinator.
  • It would be beneficial if the applicant must be a car driver with full UK driving license.
