Do you have superior written and oral communication skills? Have experience managing customer accounts? Then join our team and be a part of a growing organization that seeks excellence We are currently seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative.

The Inside Sales Representative will serve as a business partner to our outside sales reps and will be responsible for representing and marketing the company, lead qualification, and the day-to-day management of customer accounts in a geographic area. This includes out-call lead follow-up, customer satisfaction, account maintenance, quoting, and order processing.

This person would ideally have a college degree and at least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role. Experience in the steel industry and SAP experience preferred. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products. We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills; written and oral, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple deadlines and adhere to deadlines with an intense attention to detail with accuracy and consistency. Must be self-motivated, energetic, and team-oriented with a passion/drive to succeed.
