About Our Client

Our client based on the outskirts of Southampton is a market leading performer in their field. Due to increased work load and internal changes, they are recruiting on a temporary basis within the team.

Job Description

As the Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the end to end payroll process
  • Making necessary adjustments e.g. promotions
  • New starters/leavers
  • Manual calculations - holiday/sick/maternity/paternity etc
  • Dealing with queries
  • P45s, P60s, P11Ds (where appropriate)
  • Continuous system and process improvement
  • Other adhoc duties

The Successful Applicant

In order to be considered for the Payroll Specialist role, you must:

  • Have previously worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this
  • Be immediately available or on short notice
  • Be able to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Be able to multi task
  • Be able to communicate effectively
