The Sales Executive/Business Development Executive job itself where you will secure ‘Preventative Maintenance’ contracts for Industrial and Automatic doors. Complete site surveys, submit and secure quotations or tenders in accordance with the company estimating rules and pricing policies within targeted timeframes. This will involve visiting customers' sites to understand their requirements, devise solutions, and prepare contracts, always providing excellent service standards and promoting products.
More specifically:
# Seek out and secure opportunities from various sources, including field engineer requests, existing client requests, non–contract enquiries, and internal requests from New Door Sales or Operational personnel.
# Record the opportunity in the CRM tool (Customer Relationship Management) and update CRM in real time with any progress to the opportunity.
# Visit sites when necessary to gather accurate information and discuss customers' requirements.
# Devise solutions that meet clients' requirements and progress opportunities to quotations in line with the agreed Estimating procedures and rules.
# Submit quotations to clients within a pre-agreed timeframe.
# Contact customers to ensure that quotations meet their requirements and convert quotations into secured orders.

You will have
To be successful as a Sales Executive/Business Development Executive here, you will need sales experience in a transferable sector and a mix of the following:
Self-Motivation and drive to succeed
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both internal and external)
Commercial/business acumen
Time management and organization
Self-starter
Team player
Negotiation skills
Proactive problem solver
I.T Skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & CRM
Driving License (Preferred experience: Service organization experience, Door industry experience, Sales, Industrial & Automatic Pedestrian Maintenance Contract Sales)
