Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator to join our client's team in Hampshire. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships from initial enquiry to exchange and completion, delivering a 5-star customer experience at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet customers on site, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Deal with incoming sales enquiries, responding promptly and professionally
  • Advise customers on the sales journey and progress sales, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Maintain a presentable sales suite, showcasing our client's products in the best possible light

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in new homes sales, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, with a day off on Tuesday and Wednesday
  • Valid UK driving license and access to own transport
  • Proficient in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office
