The role is a dual role which encompasses a wide range of OHS duties as well as Facilities Management responsibility for the site in Bridgend.
The position requires someone onsite Mon-Fri.
Health and Safety:
# Compliance oversight of the Health & Safety Management System within the operational streams of the organisation.
# Upkeep of Legal Register and of Risk Assessments.
# ISO45001 Management Activities.

Facilities Management:
# Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the facility buildings and grounds.
# Ensuring legal requirements and health and safety standards are met.
# Statutory Facility checks.
# Fire & Security Controls.

Background of working within similar Health & Safety roles as well as Facilities Management.
# Strong working knowledge of OHS regulations including OHSAS45001 and The Health & Safety at Work Act.
# Experience of applying and reviewing risk assessments.
# Qualified to a minimum of NEBOSH General Certificate level.
# Experience in Facilities Management and managing third party suppliers & contractors.
