You will be responsible for supporting the planning and management of Curve’s produced and visiting artistic programme, providing high quality administrative and in-person support, and co-ordinating the organisation’s room bookings on its scheduling software. This role requires a highly organised individual capable of working across different tasks as well as a flexible approach to successfully juggling a broad range of priorities. The role will work full time in person at the theatre in Leicester.
The successful applicant will have experience of working in an administration and/or a busy office environment, and will have an active interest in theatre, even if they have not previously worked in theatre.
You should be able to work brilliantly as part of a team and independently and your skillset will include exceptional written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail and a high level of computer literacy. You will be a quick-thinker, juggling numerous projects and deadlines and using your initiative to solve complex problems.
Due to the nature of the role the successful applicant will need to be flexible, adaptable, able to prioritise effectively and thrive in what can be a high pressure and high-speed environment. Occasional evening and weekend working will be required.
