Main Purpose of Role:
You will be part of a team that focuses on the organisation and production of our training events & media.

Specialising in the production & maintenance of our online training library content, you will work alongside others to deal with any issues that arise and ensure that all events/content are a success. You will also be integral in ensuring all communications are sent as required to our internal and external support network.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with delivery of accountancy and tax course programmes, for a portfolio of national events & online digital content.
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for webinars, ensuring consistency and professionalism throughout.
- Manage the post-production process, including video and audio editing and finalising webinars for distribution.
- Maintaining file servers & online content libraries.
- Publishing content to our website.
- Reviewing processes and procedures to continually improve.

Work with the team to develop and implement best practices for course content production and editing.

**Expectations**:

- A passion to work with digital media, to create video, audio & documentation to a high standard.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Collaboration with other teams to understand the production requirements and objectives to create high quality content.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver work within the agreed-upon timeline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in webinar production and multimedia editing.

**The skills required**:

- Experience in Microsoft Office 365 - especially Word, PowerPoint, Teams & SharePoint.
- Knowledge of multimedia tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Kaltura & Umbraco preferable.
- Experience with webinar platforms such as Zoom.
- Strong English skills, backed by the relevant qualification(s): GCSE, Key Skills or Functional Skills.
- Strong IT skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with mínimal supervision. This is important, as the team works in a hybrid office/home environment.
- Well organised and able to plan independently.
