Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Location: Portsmouth

Salary: £26.5k + OTE

Role :

  • Anticipate new business by keeping on top of industry trends and conducting market research to identify new opportunities
  • Drive territory management activity model, ensuring cross-selling/upselling wherever possible
  • Using a variety of tools and techniques, create outreach strategies for new lead generation
  • Support senior sales team members on outbound strategies and lead generating efforts
  • Schedule qualified calls and meetings with prospects, introducing these new leads to the senior sales team
  • Manage contractor accounts, whilst actively selling smaller project opportunities
  • Manage and maintain the company CRM system, ensuring all sales related activity is input accurately and efficiently
  • Obtain an in-depth knowledge on the business, their products and the markets within which they operate, in order to have valuable conversations with clients
  • This role offers an excellent scope for progression: after the 15 month training is complete opportunity to progress into an independent territory sales exec

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
