About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Pareto. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving new business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Anticipate new business opportunities by staying up-to-date on industry trends and conducting market research to identify new leads.
  • Develop and execute territory management strategies to drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
  • Create outreach strategies for new lead generation using various tools and techniques.
  • Support senior sales team members on outbound strategies and lead-generating efforts.
  • Schedule qualified calls and meetings with prospects, introducing new leads to the senior sales team.
  • Manage contractor accounts and actively sell smaller project opportunities.
  • Maintain the company's CRM system, ensuring accurate and efficient input of sales-related activity.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the business, products, and markets to have valuable conversations with clients.
Requirements
  • Educated to degree level.
  • Full UK driving license.
