We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage the entire lifecycle of a particular segment of Enterprise clients, on a low touch/high volume basis. You'll also be working alongside the Head of Customer Success to help shape our Success strategy with the potential to build a team and grow from within.

Client Relationship Building:
~ Act as the main point of contact and liaison between clients and internal teams, including support, sales, and product teams.
Take ownership of new accounts, managing their onboarding and adoption processes, and increasing product usage within their organizations.
Lead online webinars and demos to educate clients on product features and best practices.
Implement strategies to reduce churn, identify at-risk clients, and develop retention plans.

Experience working for an international SaaS/Web/Tech company -Must
