Customer Success Manager - Mixed Reality Projects
Are you an experienced Customer Success Manager with a genuine passion for driving customer engagement? We're working with a globally recognised company, looking for a skilled Customer Success Manager to increase the usage of their innovative Mixed Reality solutions for their global client base.

Key Responsibilities
*
Develop and implement success plans tailored to customers' business objectives, driving engagement and product adoption.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, acting as an extension of their team.
* Identify and initiate opportunities for customer growth and expansion.
* Leverage data to guide strategy and lead impactful presentations (business reviews, ROI reports).
* Monitor customer health, manage risks, and ensure seamless execution of customer projects.
* Collaborate with the Immersive Technology and Digital & Technology teams to align customer goals with project execution.
* Contribute to process development and best practices within the team.
* Utilise digital platforms to foster engagement and community-focused communication.
Customer Success - Required Experience
* 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Consulting in the SaaS industry.
* Proven success in achieving high customer renewal, retention, and upsell rates.
* Strong ability to build deep customer relationships and a results-driven mindset.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with 3D & Immersive Technology - Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, Mixed Reality, etc.
