Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Internal Sales Representative to join our talented sales team. This role will primarily involve engaging with potential clients over the phone, understanding their needs, and promoting our products/services to drive sales growth. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you will play a crucial role in building strong relationships and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and qualify prospects.Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential customers.
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimise strategies and achieve collective goals.
Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.Requirements: Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
