Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Internal Sales Representative to join our talented sales team. This role will primarily involve engaging with potential clients over the phone, understanding their needs, and promoting our products/services to drive sales growth. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you will play a crucial role in building strong relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and qualify prospects.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential customers.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimise strategies and achieve collective goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
