Responsibilities:


Engage with customers over the phone, building strong relationships and promoting our client's products and services.
Actively manage a portfolio of existing customers, anticipating their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the client base.
Collaborate with the internal sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues that may arise.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market changes to provide valuable insights to customers.


Requirements:


Previous experience in internal sales or telesales is essential.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to close sales deals.
Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and within a team.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage customer accounts and sales pipeline.
