Sales Manager - Coworking Office Spaces
We work with building owners to provide flexible, multi-use work and creative spaces for people and companies of all sizes. With over 120,000 square feet of space already open and several more building in the pipeline, we are a company to to grow with. Our spaces are focused on providing our customers with the best possible community experience - from facilitating networking opportunities, to running member events, to having beautiful but functional event spaces. Headed up by co-founders Dan and David, you’ll work closely with them directly and our amazing front of house teams and community managers. Reporting into our co-founders, you will be responsible for central sales across our entire portfolio. This role will be integral in increasing our sales pipeline and securing new members to help grow our community. Also of vital importance is raising our profile amongst the broker and tenant rep community to ensure a healthy pipeline from our partners. Deal with inbound leads from referrals, website and other channels. Ensure agreed deals progress smoothly to signing and pass off member move-ins to our community team.
Actively seeking out new sales prospects through cold calling, networking,
Manage our direct leads (from existing members, via our website and word of
mouth) to ensure strong tour and then sales conversion.
Manage our broker leads to ensure strong tour and then sales conversion –
Achieve monthly targets on viewings and sales.
Ensure all data is input accurately and reliably into our system.
2 – 4 years experience at a coworking business or flexible brokerage.
● Can suggest creative ways to sell space, structure deals and progress the business.
● Good relationships across the flex broker community.
