from line managing members of the Business Support Administration Team, generating letters, taking phone calls fromclients and external providers, providing admin support in team meetings,processing referrals, uploading and updating patient records and any ad hocduties.

NVQ4 in administration or equivalent level administrative knowledge and experience
GCSE English or equivalent
Evidence of continuing professional and personal development
ECDL (European Computer Driving Licence).
Experience of managing administration staff
Experience of general office routine and filing systems
