We're looking for an innovative Brand Manager to join our team, where you'll have the opportunity to develop and execute our brand strategy, positioning, and messaging specifically for our Pet Nutrition line. This role offers the unique chance to take ownership of the brand's P&L while collaborating with our marketing, creative, and product teams. You will ensure our brand's message is consistently delivered across every channel and touchpoint. Your insight into our target audience and the latest market trends will be key in crafting a unified and impactful brand voice and visual identity.

Manage end-to-end marketing activities.
Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights.
Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
Set a marketing calendar and liaise with the creative team to produce creative assets.
Develop and implement an e-commerce strategy to improve website performance.
Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
Monitor market trends, and research consumer markets and competitors’ activities.
Liaise with the supply chain to ensure stock levels are aligned to the marketing calendar.
Liaise with the in-house call center to deliver an optimal customer experience
Coordinate and optimize all marketing activities of existing and new channels.
At least 3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field, preferably within the pet care or pet nutrition industry.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful brand strategies
Analytical mindset, leveraging data to drive decisions and evaluate campaign performance.
Creative and innovative thinking, with a knack for introducing groundbreaking brand initiatives in pet care.
Proficient in project management, capable of juggling multiple projects with varying priorities.
Comprehensive understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics in the pet industry.
Must have direct-to-consumer and e-commerce experience, ideally within pet care or nutrition.
