Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Brand Management: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that resonate deeply with our target demographic. Lead initiatives in brand positioning, differentiation, and portfolio expansion.
  • International Market Expansion: Utilize your international experience to pinpoint and exploit brand growth opportunities worldwide. Formulate and implement strategies for entering new markets, aligning with local tastes and regulatory standards.
  • Social Media and Digital Marketing Expertise: Propel brand awareness and engagement through innovative social media and digital marketing campaigns. Leverage analytics to refine strategies and optimize return on investment.
  • Direct-to-Consumer Mastery: Enhance customer experience and loyalty through our DTC channels. Apply innovative sales strategies and technologies to fuel online growth.
  • Cross-functional leadership: Ensure a unified brand narrative from product conception to consumer by collaborating with product development, marketing, and sales teams. 
  • Customer Experience Champion: optimise all touchpoints to deliver an outstanding end-to-end customer journey.
  • Innovation Focus: Drive brand innovation by integrating fresh ideas, advanced technologies, and novel approaches in both product development and marketing.
  • Market Analysis and Consumer Insights: Employ market insights and consumer feedback to guide strategic decision-making and stay ahead of industry trends.


Requirements:


  • A minimum of 5 years in a brand management role within the premium skincare industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand strategies for luxury skincare products or brands, with a significant emphasis on DTC channels.
  • Extensive experience in social media and digital marketing, showing a proven ability to effectively engage and grow target audiences.
  • Solid background in international brand expansion, understanding the complexities of different market dynamics and consumer preferences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously to elevate brand presence and impact.
  • The ability to utilize consumer insights and market trends to foster product innovation and propel brand growth.
