Reporting into the BI Director , you will partner closely with the business to deliver quality, trusted data solutions within a timely and consistent manner primarily using Power BI.
Partnering with stakeholders to understand the demand for data products and how they will create maximum value for Xe through financial and non-financial benefits
Understanding, challenging and refining the requirements to solve business problems and then delivering those through Power BI
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the data within our core systems
Create, maintain and produce ad-hoc reports that answer business questions
Minimum 3 years’ experience of developing reports and dashboards using Power BI
Create and work with existing datasets to optimize data retrieval and presentation for report generation.
Proven ability to clean, transform and combine multiple separate data sources using Power BI to generate ready-to-use datasets.
Support on ad-hoc data extraction & analysis projects
Strong experience of Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Management Studio; experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a plus.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritise projects, and deliver actionable insights within short turnaround time when required.
