Auto ID technology is a niche market and an essential part ofthe retail, logistics, public sector and healthcare sectors. You will be expected to reach your own monthly sales target andperform with the Sales Team through a mixture of developing sales withour existing clients and new markets for our services and products.
Hiring newsales team members and coaching the sales team
Conductregular sales forecasts and ongoing projects
Evaluatingperformance and overseeing sales strategy
Daily management ofexisting customers, with growth expectations
'Warm lead'calling, telesales to existing clients, and cold calling new clients
Database management and sales project management
Take ownership of currentnon-managed accounts within the UK
Able to demonstrate extensiveaccount management and Sales Management experience
Experience in analysing sales data, proactive in anticipatingneeds and seeking opportunities to add value and business acumen topresent this to the board
Excellent interpersonal skills,experience in successfully building lasting relationships andinfluencing and collaborating with internal and external stakeholdersat all levels
Able to manage a range of simultaneous diverseactivities and projects with our sales team
Excellent IT skills withexperience of working with a range of database and networkinfrastructures
Full valid driving licence
Fluentin English or bilingual German is advantageous
You enjoy being on the phone andstrive for success
