Who We’re Looking For

Castle Health Group is looking for a Marketing Director to build and lead our team. This role will oversee digital marketing activities and manage our website portfolio. The ideal candidate will structure the team, drive quarterly planning, and implement effective marketing strategies. You’ll play a crucial role in our expansion, strengthening our position in addiction recovery services.

What They’ll Do

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead the marketing team
  • Develop a marketing strategy and support content and seo in shaping theirs
  • Oversee website portfolio and digital marketing initiatives
  • Direct SEO, digital PR, CRM, and PPC campaigns
  • Establish marketing processes, guidelines, and workflows
  • Conduct regular performance assessments and stay updated on industry trends

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing leadership
  • Strong team development and management skills
  • Extensive knowledge of SEO, PPC, email, and social media marketing
  • Experience managing multiple websites
  • Background in competitive, regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, fintech)
  • Interest in mental health and addiction treatment

As Marketing Director, you will report to the Communications Director and collaborate with the senior leadership team including with the CEO, helping shape our marketing strategy while enjoying the autonomy to lead your department.
