About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our Schools sector marketing team at Cambridge University Press & Assessment (CUPA). As a key member of our global marketing team, you will play a vital role in bringing our marketing strategies to life in the Primary sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on the delivery of creative, integrated campaigns across our exciting Primary portfolio, thinking of new ways to meet our objectives and creating content that our target audiences can't ignore.
  • Work across all marketing channels, utilising your range of skills and ideas to develop engaging content, from promo videos to websites and social media.
  • Collaborate with marketing colleagues in Cambridge and around the world to deliver the best campaigns possible, to support the growth of this portfolio.
  • Ensure budgets are spent in the best way to deliver ROI, measure the success of your campaigns against KPIs and present your analysis to stakeholders, taking forward learnings to your next projects.
Requirements
  • A range of experience in planning and delivering successful, multi-channel marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of how best to utilise digital channels.
  • Exceptional copywriting, editing and proofreading skills, with attention to detail and an eye for design.
  • Proven experience leading and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns, with experience measuring and reporting on campaign success.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, with insights-driven and results-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communicator and confident presenter, with a proactive team player who seeks solutions to challenges.
