Commercial Account Manager - Duties & Responsibilities:
Take overall responsibility for the Account Management team, providing guidance, support, and direction to all team members by driving engagement and fostering a positive team culture.
Manage and review the work of the team, ensuring all tasks are performed accurately to provide exceptional support to the business.
Develop and nurture a diverse portfolio of customers through proactive and reactive outreach and relationship building.
Oversee the account management of existing customers, ensuring their needs are met with care, commitment, and professionalism.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using the CRM system.
Manage the team's adherence to internal policies and procedures.
Help the business meet or exceed targets and KPIs.
Commercial Account Manager - Candidate specification:
Previous experience in a services-related B2B sales / account management role.
Experience in commercial contract management and negotiation (including NEC 3/4).
Demonstrable strong knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, especially Excel.
Demonstrable experience of working independently and autonomously while leading an engaged account management team.
