Aerial Force is a National Aerial/ TV & CCTV Installation company, looking for a logistics co-ordinator to join our team.

The role will include assisting the engineers with taking credit card payments on jobs completed, raising new appointments with customers, assisting the engineers throughout the day and liaising with customers about appointment times and re-bookings.

You will be working within the dispatch team and you must be able to work at a fast pace and think on your feet. This role is for persons who have great customer communication skills & preferably with previous experience or with a similar role.

The Logistics Coordinator position is suitable for those who are seeking full time employment with job security.

Full training will be provided, however previous experience in a similar role or customer service role would be advantageous.

*Requirements:*
* Must speak fluent english
* Must be able to type at a reasonable pace
* Must have good telephone manner
* Must be competent on excel
* Must be a fast learner
* Must be able to think on your feet
* Must have good communication skills
* Must be reliable & punctual
* 5 Day working week, 8am to 6pm
* Every 3rd week you will have a Saturday Rota day
