The Payroll Coordinator, FTC (HYBRID) role involves:
Accurate processing and recording of company's payroll.
Ensuring compliance with payroll tax regulations and company policies.
Collaborating with the human resources department for payroll preparation.
Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering employee payroll queries.
Preparing reports for upper management, finance department, and auditors.
Ensuring confidentiality of all payroll-related data.
Keeping abreast with latest trends and best practices in payroll processing.
A successful Payroll Coordinator, FTC (HYBRID) should have:
Weekly and monthly Payroll experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
