Dometic UK are looking to recruit an Internal Sales Manager for their offices in Blandford, Dorset; the purpose of this role is to manage an effective internal sales facility ensuring the frictionless supply of support and sales delivery to internal stakeholders and external Customers / Partners. This position is office based. Main Responsibilities
- Day to day management of the internal sales team
- Support of external sales force
- Sales reporting
- Financial sales targets
- Working with other departments in the UK and Europe to provide a seamless service
- Give priorities to the internal team daily and set clear goals
- Coordinating transport, delivery and collections
- Stock invoicing and crediting
- Have a positive impact on customers whether new or existing to ensure all business is obtained and good feedback received
- Experience of managing a sales team
- Consumer goods sales management
- Experience of logistics and shipping practices
- Commercial appreciation of consumer goods sales
- Administrative competency in an office based sales environment
- Excellent customer service and service provision skills to both internal and external employees or clients
- Negotiating skills
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem solver with a high attention to detail
- A confident team player with ability to manage change
