Dometic UK are looking to recruit an Internal Sales Manager for their offices in Blandford, Dorset; the purpose of this role is to manage an effective internal sales facility ensuring the frictionless supply of support and sales delivery to internal stakeholders and external Customers / Partners. This position is office based. Main Responsibilities

  • Day to day management of the internal sales team
  • Support of external sales force
  • Sales reporting
  • Financial sales targets
  • Working with other departments in the UK and Europe to provide a seamless service
  • Give priorities to the internal team daily and set clear goals
  • Coordinating transport, delivery and collections
  • Stock invoicing and crediting
  • Have a positive impact on customers whether new or existing to ensure all business is obtained and good feedback received
Who are we looking for? Qualifications and Experience We believe that the ideal candidate has the following experience:
  • Experience of managing a sales team
  • Consumer goods sales management
  • Experience of logistics and shipping practices
