Informing job applicants of their acceptance or rejection for employment Request references from present or past employers for applicants Providing accurate payroll reports regarding sickness absence (paid/unpaid), holiday accruals and leaver details by payroll cut-off dates HR shared services Vendor management Dashboard management Data Analytics to be shared with the Senior HR Business Partner. Contacting agencies in regard to lateness, absenteeism and temporary staff feedback Ensuring all HR Shared Services KPI’s are met on a month basis and analysis provided weekly Ensuring all recruitment and staffing logistics both permanent and temporary are feasible and completed Primary Objectives: Keeping the ESM HR Director & Senior HR Business Partner up to date as required Safety of the workforce Development of the Human Resources Shared Services department Data Management System management Personal ongoing development Must be able to travel and work from other offices as and when required in line with business needs Key Competencies: Extensive experience in a Senior HR role at multi-site level. Qualified CIPD member. University degree preferred. Excellent communication and motivational skills, ability to multitask and work independently. Excellent understanding of BPO practices, KPIs etc. Experience of creating and implementing HR strategies in a complex and fast moving environment.
