County Education Manager for SEN Resources and Access

What you’ll do: You will lead these key services: Statutory SEN Service SEND Partnerships & Strategy Team Specialist Teacher Advisory Service (STAs) SEN Specialist Place Planning Team Specialist Provision and Inclusion - School Improvement Team As part of your role, you will be able to communicate a shared, clear vision which inspires and motivates. You will ensure evidence-based advice, challenge and support is available, and targeted resources are used to improve provision and improve outcomes.
