You will ensure evidence-based advice, challenge and support is available, and targeted resources are used to improve provision and improve outcomes. You will be deeply committed to ensuring strategies and services are shaped by the voice of children and young people, parents and educational settings.What we’re looking for:Through significant senior leadership experience you will be able to demonstrate the successful and sustained impact of your leadership on wider outcomes for children and young people. You will understand the principles of inclusion and demonstrate how these would under-pin your work in this role.
