Responsibilities:

  • Lead, build, and grow a locally resonant influencer strategy based on audience insights and aligned with EMEA marketing goals.
  • Manage key agency relationships to develop best-in-class local influencer campaigns that bolster our influencer presence.
  • Seamlessly integrate our product into French culture by creating tailored influencer marketing strategies and exploring innovative tactics and platforms.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop impactful influencer campaigns that work in synergy with paid media initiatives, driving increased engagement and sentiment metrics.
  • Coordinate with the Media team to optimise the blend of paid, earned, and owned media for achieving brand sentiment goals.
  • Establish a robust measurement framework in partnership with analytics teams to evaluate the impact of influencer marketing activities.
  • Partner with various teams to ensure initiatives are grounded in community understanding and deliver data-driven results.
  • Conduct analysis of cultural, community, media, and market trends to inform strategic and creative content development.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social and influencer marketing, preferably in a creative/content/social agency setting.
  • Fluent in written and spoken French, with a deep understanding of French culture and the creator/influencer landscape.
  • Experience working cross-functionally within geographically-dispersed and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Track record of developing impactful influencer strategies and campaigns at renowned brands.
  • Ability to design and deliver effective social/influencer marketing solutions, leveraging local insights and trends.
  • Hands-on experience in crafting and executing innovative social/influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Strong business acumen, including crafting business cases, influencing senior leadership, and measuring the impact of marketing efforts.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate the role of marketing in driving business success.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Outstanding creative sense and a passion for our mission and values, as well as culture and all things social.
