Key Account Executive Job Location: Sport Ireland Campus, Snugborough Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 Hours:37.5hours per week, 5 days over 7.

Job Purpose: The Key Account Executive will be responsible for managing key customer accounts, developing new business.
The role will focus on the long-term successful relationship with clients and achieving the maximum level of product sales.
The role willworkalongsidethebookings team, and withService Deliverymanagementto ensure that theday-to-daybookings and events for key clients are successful, with the goal of contributing to the continued growth in customer service levels and product sales.
The candidate will also work with the Marketing/ Sports team to help identify new products/services and opportunities to meet market demand and client requirements.
The role will focus on ensuring each facility on campus performs at its maximum capacity, servicing the high performance, community and event market.
Responsibilities Tasks: Manage and develop relationships with key accounts particularly National Governing Bodiesof Sport Fosterrelationships and aim to improve service and usage of Sport Ireland Campus.
Collaborate with the service delivery team to ensure the customers are delivered the service/ products to the level of excellence expectedat the Sport Ireland Campus.
Management / Leadership Provide detailed reports that assist in both the operations of the business but also assist in decision making .
Work withBookings teamstaff to deliver excellent standards of customer service Constructively communicate withmultiple teamsto achievea high levelof customer satisfaction Have a flexible approach to work in response to business change, development and review of best practice Promote the vision,valuesand mission of theCompanyin the delivery of all services.
Maintain confidentiality on all matters relating to service users, ex-service users and general business.
Business Development Asappropriate, represent/liaise withmarketing and service delivery team onactivities Target and develop relationships in particular customer segments (NGB, corporate, education, event industry, local businesses, long term bookers) Assist MarketingManagerin developing new products for large volumebookings, high value sales e.g.
corporateteam building,MICE industry,HP team camps,tournaments, events, sponsorshipsetc.utilisingsales funnels and databases, in accordance with GDPR Organise site tours and give high quality sales pitches/ presentations to new potential clients Work with marketing team to ensure adequate tools are in place to achieve sales objectives (online, print, display) Attend meetings and events to build a network.
Project manage initiatives for driving awareness e.g.
sponsorships/ events and more Market research tasks, investigating new opportunities/ trends React ona timelybasis to any issues thatarise, andmanage customer complaintsin accordance withthe company complaints procedure.
Ensure the Company and brands arerepresented at all timesthrough excellent customer service Adheretoand implement Company policies & procedures Ensure departmentNOPsareadhered to at all timesand reviewNOPson an ongoing basis to ensure they are up to date and meet company, H&S and legal requirements.
Keepaccuraterecords in relation to all aspects of work and prepare reports asrequired.
Ensure that Health and Safety rules and procedures areapplied and adhered to at all times.

JOBHOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Education & Related Experience: Qualification inBusinessor equivalent experience.
3yearsexperience in a commercial environment.
High competency level with Microsoft Excel and ability toanalyse datanecessary.
Power BIor other reporting toolsan advantage.
Experience with bookings systems/software Experience in a high volume transaction environment that requires accuracy and concentration.
