Job Description Client Services Associate
This is a Hybrid position with expectations for the candidate to be in the office 3x/week.
In this role, you will report to the Head of Client Services, and will be responsible for supporting the BCA client base across EMEA. Client Services Associates support all client related business activities. You will work in partnership with the Sales team, Research, Product, Finance and other groups.
Reach out to clients with low engagement scores on a regular basis, offering support and assistance.
Prepare renewal proposals, and negotiate contract terms to ensure timely renewals and retention of clients
Identify upsell potentials, to foster growth on accounts
Support the Sales team in day-to-day activities with the existing client base, including prospecting for new opportunities and supporting existing relationships
Maintain and update client information using Salesforce, including creating new users, changing entitlements, generating reports, and updating contact information
a Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or economics with 2+ years of experience in a client/customer service or similar role.
