Client Support Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Support Associate to join our team at ISS LiquidMetrix. As a key member of our Client Success team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their success with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective support to clients via various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Facilitate new user licenses and training, ensuring seamless onboarding and adoption of our products.
- Accurately troubleshoot and investigate complex issues, responding to client demands in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
- Partner with subject matter experts to resolve complex queries and provide comprehensive solutions.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of ISS LiquidMetrix products and services, as well as the financial services industry, to provide expert guidance and support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate custom client requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Develop excellent working relationships with colleagues and clients, fostering a culture of collaboration and partnership.
- Education: Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Experience: 1-6 years of relevant work experience, with a strong background in customer service.
- Skills: Excellent analytical skills, ability to understand complex technical problems, and strong communication skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with financial services industry, particularly in Best Execution, TCA, and Surveillance.
