Client Support Associate

At ISS | Institutional Shareholder Services, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Support Associate to join our team. As a Client Support Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and helping them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and web meetings.
- Facilitate new user licenses and training, ensuring clients have the necessary skills to utilize our products.
- Accurately troubleshoot and investigate issues, responding to client demands in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
- Partner with subject matter experts to resolve complex queries and provide in-depth knowledge about our products and services.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge about our products, including their features, functionality, and technical architecture.
- Ensure that ISS | Institutional Shareholder Services meets our contractual obligations to our clients, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor client usage and other product interactions to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to facilitate custom client requests and develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Education: Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Experience: 1-6 years of relevant work experience, with a strong background in customer service.
- Skills: Excellent analytical skills, ability to understand complex technical problems, and strong communication skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with financial services industry, particularly in Best Execution, TCA, and Surveillance.
