Assisting, Manager Premsies/Facilities on his daily tasks such as dealing with contracts/agreement/SLA requirement.
Dealing with contractors for to resolve maintenance /infrastructure issues as on when required.
Attending site visits to branches/other locations on ad hoc basis.
Dealing with invoices of third party vendor/contractor and to ensure they been vetted fully and processed timely.
Dealing with Bank’s main vendors for Mechanical / Electrical /Physical Records Management Service providers/Security system Vendor on regular basis and keeping Records inventory check etc.
Liaising regularly with vendors and contractors with relation to multiple bank premises tasks.
Visiting Senior Management Residential Houses for any maintenance matters.
Assisting Deputy Manager with Insurance renewals, insurance related queries, Commercial Lease renewals, rent reviews, premises related matters, updating lease information, fit out works, visiting sites during construction phases, project management works, attending meeting and taking/preparing minutes, liaising with various stakeholders including landlords, solicitors, Property Agents etc and carrying out any work that is given on an ad hoc basis
Attending Senior Management, commercial premises relating matters meeting and taking and preparing minutes.
Purchase of general office stationery/furniture/etc.
Working closely with other team members in Physical Verification Fixed Asset annual excercise.
Assisting, Manager Premises/Facilities in updating annual excerise of Department Process /Manual / Policies .
Assisting in administration work and any other ad hoc work and assisting other team members as on when required.
Assisting the department in setting up social events, meeting/training room setup.
Out of hours - Weekend/Late evening on ad hoc basis.
