Our client is Global Marketing Agency looking for a Project Co-ordinator to provide project and administrative support for one of their biggest and most complex accounts.

About You:

  • 1+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong IT skills and confidence in learning new platforms and digital libraries.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple workstreams.
  • Familiarity with timeline composition.
  • Understanding of B2B technology marketing.

What You'll Do:

As a Project and Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing support for one of their biggest and most complex accounts, a global software and services company in the design and make space. You will support a team of three consultants and one project manager by handling account administration and project coordination.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain organized folders and file systems on shared drives and project management platforms.
  • Create and manage project timelines.
  • Schedule internal meetings and document meeting notes and actions in project journals on Slack.
  • Search for and download assets on the Autodesk Digital Asset Management platform.
  • Assist in packaging assets for delivery to the client: Trigger and support the creative team to finalize and package assets.
  • Create copydecks for social, display, and landing page assets.
  • Ensure folders and files adhere to client naming preferences.
  • Review packaging folders to ensure all assets are correct and complete.
  • Upload assets to the Autodesk Digital Asset Management platform.
  • Conduct ad hoc online research.
