Formulate and implement robust sales strategies to meet revenue goals and expand our footprint.
Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
Lead the team to negotiate and secure complex sales agreements with NHS trusts and healthcare organizations.

Sales Transformation:
Lead the evolution of the sales function to improve process, capability and governance.
Integrate best practices and innovative sales methodologies to drive performance.
Align sales processes with overall company objectives and industry standards.

Building Organizational Capability :
Identify and deliver learning needs of the sales function to enhance skills and capabilities.
Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Ensure seamless communication and cooperation between sales and other departments to optimize customer solutions and service delivery.
Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence :
Lead, inspire and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve and surpass sales targets.
Promote a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales team.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide continuous training and development opportunities.

Generate accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
Develop and implement key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure adherence to all regulatory and organisational standards.

Proven success in a senior sales role within the healthcare technology sector, particularly with the NHS.
Strong track record in building and maintaining relationships with senior NHS stakeholders.
Experience in leading sales transformations and building organizational capabilities.

Leadership and team management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.


Willingness to travel extensively within the UK.
Valid driver’s license.
