CSG Talent have a fantastic opportunity to join the business as our UK Sales Director, overseeing our entire UK business unit and leading the sales force.

As our UK Sales Director, you will be based in our Horsforth HQ, just outside of Leeds. You will be working very closely with our COO and Senior Leadership Team, ensuring they are maximizing their sales opportunities, all the way through from Divisional Head to Consultant level. You will also be responsible for the internal sales structure, performance reviews, managerial reviews and promotions.

You will also be working with the People Team regarding headcount growth, as well as Marketing, to establish data trends and how to maximize these opportunities.

5 day working week (12.30 pm finish every Friday with no deduction to full-time pay or annual leave)

~Will have a proven track record of divisional-level management/directorship.
~Travel will be required to our additional UK offices in Leeds, Manchester and London.
~You will enjoy working with Divisional Heads, getting stuck into their divisional sales and how to maximise sales within the team including individual business units and consultant performance.
~Previous responsibility for a sales unit, including forecasting and projecting units.
~Have a passion for meeting and exceeding targets and maximising every sales opportunity.
