We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our UK business unit and drive sales growth. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire UK business unit and leading the sales force.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the sales force and drive sales growth across the UK business unit
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with the COO and Senior Leadership Team to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities
  • Manage the internal sales structure, performance reviews, and promotions
  • Work with the People Team to manage headcount growth and with Marketing to establish data trends and maximize sales opportunities
