Immigration Knowledge Development Lawyer. Part Time
Our client, a notable international Law firm in London, is looking to secure the assistance of an Immigration Knowledge Development Lawyer on an assignment of 12+ months, starting ASAP. This assignment is Part Time for 3 days a week .
This role will be well suited to experienced Immigration Knowledge Development Lawyers / Immigration Professional Support lawyers, or experienced Immigration Lawyers (with upwards of 5 years’ PQE) who are looking to move away from fee earning, into a Knowledge Development Lawyer role.
Co-ordinate, design and prepare internal and client legal training
Monitor legal developments and emerging areas of law and provide horizon scanning updates to the Immigration lawyers and clients
Manage the Immigration team’s knowledge pages on the firm’s intranet
Work with the Partners and Risk and Compliance teams to implement and embed best practice and risk management practises across the team
Respond to legal queries from fee earners
Be qualified lawyers with upwards of 5 years’ PQE specialising in Immigration (both private and corporate immigration matters)
Possess experience gained within notable international or City law firms
Have prior experience working as an Immigration Knowledge Development Lawyer, or be an Immigration Lawyer looking to transition into a Knowledge Development Lawyer role
Experience in contributing to precedents, know-how and training
The firm operates a hybrid working policy . It is likely that successful candidates will be anticipated to spend 2 days per week in the London office.
The role is due to start ASAP, therefore applicants should ideally be available immediately or at short notice.
