At World Aero, we are an independent part 145 aviation component maintenance repair organisation. Specialising in aircraft wheel and brake repairs, we support both corporate and commercial customers and pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and performance. World Aero is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative who will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will play a crucial role in managing customer repairs from receipt to outgoing, providing support, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Your ability to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional service will be pivotal to our continued success.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and accurate information.
Order Management: Process customer repair orders, track progress, and keep customers updated on their order status.
Liaison: Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, including purchasing, workshop, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored support.

Passionate about providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships.
Fluent in oral and written English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
