The role
World Aero is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative who will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will play a crucial role in managing customer repairs from receipt to outgoing, providing support, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. At World Aero, no two days are the same. We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual who can handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment adapting to ever changing demands. Your ability to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional service will be pivotal to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and accurate information.
- Order Management: Process customer repair orders, track progress, and keep customers updated on their order status.
- Quotations and Documentation: Prepare and provide quotations, generate final paperwork, and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Liaison: Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, including purchasing, workshop, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer concerns or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored support.
About You
- Customer Focused: Passionate about providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships.
- Excellent Communicator: Fluent in oral and written English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organised and Detail-Oriented: Highly organized with a keen attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritising workload.
- Problem Solver: Proactive in identifying issues and finding effective solutions.
- Qualifications: Grade 4 or above in English and Maths or equivalent. Eligibility to work in the UK.
