We're seeking an experienced Sous Chef or Senior CDP who is a natural leader, passionate about producing high-quality food and delivering exceptional service. As our ideal candidate, you'll:
- Have a proven track record of championing excellent service through quality food
- Demonstrate a passion for leading and developing a team
- Be an active hands-on Chef with excellent communication skills
- Be responsible for managing the kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety
- Work closely with your Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials
- Demonstrate great planning and organisational skills to maintain effective controls
- Have a proactive approach to driving sales and delivering growth through engagement with both kitchen and front of house teams
