Junior Sales Representative Calne Salary Negotiable Our client, a leader in their industry are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join them as a Junior Sales Representative In this role you will play a pivotal role in building relationships, client base and promoting a range of engineering solutions This is an exciting opportunity for growth, training and advancement Junior Sales Representative Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handling sales enquiries, via the phone and online forms
  • Handling of the enquiry including gathering all relevant information to produce quotations
  • Pro-actively follow up quotations/estimates
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including service technicians, trainers, and spare parts specialists, to address client requirements and deliver tailored solutions
  • Collaborate closely with senior sales representatives to identify and pursue new business opportunities related to, training, servicing, hire fleet, and spare parts
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and industries
  • Proactively reach out to prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events, to introduce our range of products and services
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and assistance to ensure their needs are met effectively
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Manage and update CRM software with accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales transactions to facilitate efficient follow-up and reporting
  • Document summaries of interactions with clients, including meetings, phone calls, and emails exchanged
  • Review and analyse sales KPIs, detailing sales activities such as calls made, emails sent, meetings scheduled, and product demonstrations conducted
  • Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards using CRM software or other analytics tools
The ideal Junior Sales Representative will:
  • Have experience dealing with customers on the phone or in person
  • Have experience working a sales environment, being target driven
  • Previously sought out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer service within the manufacturing industry (preferred)
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally for trade shows etc.
  • Hold a Full UK License and access to own transport (due to location)
